The city centre of Munich - Karlsplatz (Stachus) or Marienplatzis reachable by the S-Bahn lines from the train station Pasing (on foot 2 minutes from the Hotel) by S-Bahn lines S3, S4, S6 oder S8 in just 15 minutes. (MVV - S- and U-Bahn map)

Only a few steps away from the Marienplatz you find the famous Viktualienmarkt, Munich´s most popular open air market with a great variety of specialities.
The carillon at the city hall tower enthuses people daily at 11 am and 12 am
(March until October also at 5 pm).

The famous Hofbräuhaus is one of the biggest attractions of Munich. It has been opened in 1592 and is situated “Am Platzl” about 5 minutes walking distance from the Marienplatz.


E x c u r s i o n s

In our immediate vicinity you find the Schloß Blutenburg, which has been ordered by duke Albrecht III and has been built in 1432. It is surrounded by four towers and a water moat.
From the station Pasing you take bus line 56 until the terminal stop at Schloß Blutenburg.

The Schloß Nymphenburg  is worth a visit. It has been built in 1664 by Agostino Barelli by order of elector Ferdinand Maria for his son.
From the station Laim you take bus line 51 in the direction of Olympiazentrum.

Thus our favourable geographical access famous destination in the Bavarian Oberland are easy reachable – such as the king castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, the lake Starnberg  or lake Ammersee.


R e l a x i n g

You like jogging or going for a walk in the early morning? The municipal park along the river “Würm” is the ideal place.

The Westbad is open daily from 07:30 am until 11 pm.
You take bus line 57 in the direction of Laimer Platz or tram line 19 in the direction of St.-Veit-Strasse, stopover Westbad.
